The last time I contacted support, it was simply to let them know that the queue was no longer posting anything (for 3 wks). They told me it was because of my browser. The queue comes from TUMBLR servers, not my browser. They stopped responding to me.

Yeah that’s ridiculous. Once the queue is set up, it’s supposed to work whether you have your browser open and on the Tumblr dashboard or not, that’s kind of the point of the queue. There is no way an external piece of software such as a browser or a browser extension should be affecting Tumblr at all, if you’re not even on the webpage in the first place.

Idiots.
