The only time I’ve ever seen the dude was when they had some grand opening ceremony for this new high rise condo building at Wilshire/Western called “Solara”. Dumb fuck was out there giving some speech about bringing businesses to the neighborhood and shit, you know standard crap. I’m not sure what he was thinking, as the cheapest condo in that building is over $1,000,000. Can you say “gentrification”? I’m pretty sure that slimeball got some sort of kickback from the builders, too.

Then there was the time he rode the red line to North Hollywood in some publicity stunt to talk about public transit in LA. Of course look where we are now, those morons still can’t decide what do to about the purple line extension.
