Stupid quotes by Marion Barry that he said 24 years ago about crime in Washington DC have nothing at all to do with gun legislation now.
“I didn’t think it would be that big of a deal,” she said. “The assassination part is kind of harsh. I’m not saying like I would go do that or anything like that, by any means, but if it was to happen, I don’t think I’d care one bit.”right here is what “not racist” white people frequently say after calling a black man, even the President of the United States, a n*gger. And please note that she is in her early twenties and a woman. Extreme racism and hatred is not the sole province of old white men.

Obama, Lord, Tony Soprano, please end her.
You cannot call someone the N-word and then say you’re not racist. Shut the fuck up lady.

So what do you guys think? Did President Obama sell you? I enjoyed the speech, although I already knew I was not going to vote for Romney no matter what.

This guy on Colbert tonight (Reihan Salam) was a total dipshit. How can you sit there and defend Ryan’s speech at the RNC? A lie is a lie, is a lie, is a lie. This is not rocket surgery. Sheesh.

Dear overly sensitive and quite possibly mildly racist relatives:
We are not related because we chose to be related. I do not owe you any respect or other concessions because of an accident of nature & genetics. You can unbunch your panties right now, because frankly if you’re going to get pissed because I choose to speak to you as an adult and expect you to act like one, then you are not worth my time and can consider us strangers. Have a nice day in your white bread little pissant towns.

When I was about 6 years old, my parents got divorced. My father, being the kind soul he was, did everything he could to avoid paying child support. For all intents and purposes, my mother was alone, and had to raise 3 kids that way. Sure, our other family, especially my grandmother, did all they could to help out. But, the simple fact is, without public programs like Food Stamps & welfare, and yes, a little charity from some organizations, I might not be here today.
The Republicans and their rich backers don’t care. They seem to think that just because it was so easy for them, thanks to their rich mommies and daddies, that anyone on government assistance must just be lazy. This offends me, because I have never known someone as strong and hardworking as my own mother. She was in a situation not of her own making, and it’s for just those situations that we have government programs like these.
The Republicans would make sweeping cuts to these programs, endangering the lives (yes lives) of millions of people, most of whom would be single parents and innocent children. Regardless of your opinion of me, or your opinion of any other “poor” person you know, it is heartless to condemn people to permanent poverty because of bad luck. A vote for the modern Republican party would do just that. I think we all know someone who has benefitted from these programs, whether it’s a grandparent on Social Security, a single parent using WIC to help buy formula, or someone who was laid off due to an economic downturn drawing unemployment.
We are here. We exist. We deserve a chance. Remember that.

Chris Christie called Teacher’s Unions “Political Thugs”. He said teachers are great, but their unions aren’t. I wonder, who does he think makes up a teacher’s union, if not teachers? Not to mention, it’s pretty fucking rich for a Republican to call someone else a “Political Thug”.
What a fucking idiot.
